Uplifting and Toning
Uplifting and Toning
50% A.H black spruce
30% A.H. peppermint
20% A.H. frankincense
Blend all ingredients in an opaque glass bottle. Put a little massage oil on both hands and, using both hands at the same time, very gently rub each breast with circular movements, moving outward toward the underarms. Your left hand should be moving clockwise around the breast and your right hand counterclockwise. Do this gently after your bath or shower. Then mist with your choice of breast mists.
Benefits: brings superb tone to breast tissue, stimulates lymphatic circulation, and promotes healthy well-being for the whole body!
