25% A.H. rose

25% A.H. frankincense

Combine all ingredients for your formula in a spray bottle. Keep mists refrigerated. Do not use mists or massage oil if breast-feeding or pregnant: Only Roman chamomile hydrosol  should be used on the breasts when breast-feeding.
